Description

The device image is for illustrative purposes only. The device will be manufactured according to the technical specifications.

The ultrasonic processor is one of the commonly used pieces of equipment for laboratory sample pre-processing.

It is widely used in nano-industry, biology, chemistry, pharmaceuticals, paints, optics, jewelry, aerospace, hardware, automobile manufacturing, and other fields.

Ultrasonic homogenizers are multi-functional and multi-purpose devices that use intense high-frequency sound to trigger cavitation in the liquid.

As cavitation bubbles collapse, high shear energies disrupt animal and plant tissue and break down yeast, bacteria, and spores.

The ultrasonicator can also be used for non-biological applications such as emulsification, nanoparticle dispersion, intensive washing, or accelerating chemical reactions (sonochemistry).
